Sunny Days Early Intervention Center was created to be everything a therapy center should be safe, welcoming, and inspiring.

Meet Our Team

Heather Hurlock, Founder

Heather Hurlock

Founder & Executive Director

Sunny Days was created by Heather Hurlock, a proven leader who believes families deserve more than crowded waitlists, rushed appointments, and one-size-fits-all care.

Throughout her career, Heather has built successful organizations by focusing on what matters most: people. She is known for creating environments where teams thrive, service is exceptional, and families feel genuinely cared for. That same standard now guides every part of Sunny Days.

But titles and experience are only part of the story. Heather is also a mother who understands how deeply parents love their children and how heavy it can feel when something is not quite right. The worry. The questions. The endless searching for answers. The hope that the right person will finally understand your child and help them move forward.

She has also personally navigated complex healthcare challenges, insurance barriers, and the frustration of being told "no" when help is needed most. That experience shaped her belief that families deserve advocates, not obstacles.

Heather's vision was to create a place where families feel relief the moment they walk through the door. A place that feels calm, beautiful, welcoming, and deeply professional. A place where children are seen for who they are, where progress is pursued with purpose, and where parents feel supported instead of overwhelmed.

She believes therapy should never feel cold or transactional. It should feel hopeful. Personal. Thoughtful. Effective.

Under Heather's leadership, Sunny Days is committed to high standards, honest guidance, meaningful progress, and treating every child with dignity and care.

"Because when you find the right people in your corner, everything can begin to change."

— Heather Hurlock
